اکثر اوقات دیکھا گیا ہے سردیوں میں معدہ خراب ہونے اور گرمی ہونے کی شکائیت ہو جاتی ہے خواتین و حضرات کو پیشاب میں جلن محسوس ہوتی ہے اور کم آتا ہے۔ عجیب سی معدے میں جلن ہوتی ہے جو کئ کئی عرصوں تک سردیاں ختم ہونے کے بعد بھی ختم نہیں ہوتی آپ کو اس کا ایک آسان حل بتاؤں؟

بہت ہی آسان حل ہے
حل یہ ہے کہ
سردیوں میں پانی ہمیشہ ہلکا سا گرم کر پیئیں ہم کیوں گرم کر کے پئیں پانی وہ اسلئے کہ اگر ہم غور کریں تو سمجھ آتی ہے ہم لوگ سردیوں میں پانی بہت ہی کم اور گرم چیزیں بہت زیادہ استعمال کرتے ہیں۔ جس کی وجہ سے ہمیں پانی کی کمی ہوجاتی ہے اور معدہ خراب ہونا پیشاب والی جگہ ہر جلن کا ہونا
گرمی کی شکائیت ہونا عام ہوجاتی ہے ہم اس وجہ سے کولڈ ڈرنکس سیون اپ اور اینو وغیرہ پینے لگتے ہیں کھانا کم کھانے لگتے ہیں اس ہی دوران گرمیاں شروع ہوجاتی ہیں اور گرمی کے موسم کی وجہ سے پانی کی جو کمی ہوئی تھی وہ پوری نہیں ہوتی آہستہ آہستہ جگر اور گردوں میں جو کے فلٹر کے طور پر کام کرتے ہیں صحیح کام کرنا چھوڑ دیتے ہیں مطلب اس سے آگے بہت سی بیماریاں پیدا ہوتیں ہیں صرف اور صرف پانی کا استعمال نہ کرنے سے یہ میری اپنی ریسرچ ہے اور میں ہمیشہ سردی میں ہلکا گرم پانی پیتا ہوں اگر پانی پینے کو دل نہ کرے میں اس میں تھوڑی سے چائے کی پتی کے دانے ڈال کر پیتا رہتا ہوں اسلئے پانی کی کمی نہیں ہوتی اور الحمدللہ گرمی کی شکائیت نہیں ہوتی کیونکہ میں سمجھتا ہوں پانی کی کمی یا زیادتی جسم میں بہت قسم کے ایسے مرض پیدا کرتی ہے جو بعد میں بہت مسلئے پیدا کرتے ہیں تو پانی کی کمی کسی صورت میں بھی آپ کو فائدہ نہیں 
دیتی صرف نقصان ہوتا ہے۔
 

اس کے علاوہ جو جنسیات شہوت بہت زیادہ سردیوں میں جاگ جاتی ہے لوگوں میں وہ بھی ٹھنڈی رہے گی ذرا انسان کے بچے بن کے رہیں گے۔ 

 وہ بھی گرمی کی شکائیت اور خون پتلا نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے ہی زیادہ ہوتی ہے خاص کر کے ان لوگوں کو جو مسالے اور گوشت زیادہ استعمال کرتے ہیں۔
